Students receive credit for the cost of attendance minus other financial aid. Students need not be registered full, time, receive Pell Grant.
Business
Federal and State grants frequently receive criticism due to what are perceived to be high and not the opportunities for small businesses, as they often give more money per person for smaller countries, regardless of population or need.
